LOCATION

Pensacola Beach, a seven-mile barrier island, invites visitors to explore its powdery white sand and emerald green water. The island is a dream vacation spot for the sun and water lover. All properties managed by Surfside Properties are within 2.5 miles of the center of the island where visitors will find many restaurants and bars. While on vacation enjoy your favorite seafood dinner like fried shrimp or oysters at one of the local restaurants or find a local hotspot to savor a grilled burger, fresh salad, or a featured specialty. Don’t miss the islands favorite drink--the Bushwacker--a creamy, alcoholic milkshake. If you need to keep the kids busy, there are plenty of outdoor activities throughout the island. During the day parasail over crystal clear water while looking for wildlife or rent a jet ski to skip across the water exploring the shoreline. One evening as the sun is setting, play a nine-hole course of mini golf, race go carts, or climb through a ropes course. If your need for adventure calls, hop on one of the charter boats for a day of deep-sea fishing and hook your dinner. Many of the local restaurants will prepare your catch and serve it table-side. For the history buffs, experience Fort Pickens, which was completed in 1834. Fort Pickens is a pentagon-shaped, military fort that protected Pensacola Bay by hurling cannon balls across the water at enemy flotillas. If you just need to get away from everyone, secluded beaches can be found on the east end of the island and inside Fort Pickens National Park and historic area (entrance fee required). Just off the island, you will find everything a larger city offers. Publix and Wal-Mart Marketplace are with-in 4 miles. Winn Dixie and a Wal-Mart Superstore are just a short drive away. The Pensacola Air Museum is just thirty minutes away. And within an hour east and west of the island, are two outlet malls for those who just need to shop. Pensacola Beach has a little bit of everything to excite the family. Come and explore!

This was our second stay. Everything was amazing. The condo was very clean. Surfside properties is hands down the best customer service I have ever dealt with. When you text them you don't expect a response so fast but you get it. They definitely go above and beyond. Thank you guys for everything.

Baywatch is a great location. It's close to everything. We fell in love with the area. We would highly recommend Surfside Properties for your stay in Pensacola Beach. We will certainly book with them again.

Myself, my husband, his brother and his wife stayed and we enjoyed it so much. The view were beautiful and the places we visited was just a very short drive. We plan on going back soon as my husband, his brother who was with us and another brother that lives in Pensacola enjoyed being with each other as they were all adopted out at birth and found each other several years back. It's amazing to see them together with the very similar demeanors about all three. Was a wonderful reunion and we all went offshore fishing and had a blast! Thank you so much and WE WILL BE BACK! Everything was perfect!

This was our second stay in as many years. The condo is very spacious,clean, & has everything from dishes, blenders, coffee maker, silverware to make you feel at home. The condo is close to all Pensicola Beach has to offer. Lori Taylor is an outstanding leasing agent & we will be back again in 2021. Also the unique surprise that tenants receive the day before checkout is highly appreciated, thanks Mary Lou!

Bay watch is a great location! Easy access to all locations. The condo had everything we needed. Reasonably priced. We were concerned about crossing the bridges but they were no problem at all.

Wonderful stay !. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was neat, clean and comfortable. The location on the Bay was nice and the view was beautiful. Beach access was right across the road. There was no dining table but the coffee table worked for dining. We enjoyed having a covered parking area too.

Our experience was more than we expected. The condo was very clean & spacious, & the location was close to everything anybody could need or want! I would highly recommend Surfside Properties to anyone & their leasing agents are superb! Lori Taylor went over & beyond answering any questions we had. And her unique surprise the day before checkout, was some of the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever eaten!

Nice unit and quite convenient to all the Pensacola Beach amenities (restaurants, entertainment, etc). We had two exciting happenings: A water valve in the master bath failed and shot water at high pressure across the bath for some time! Just bad luck, but property management did take care of this and it was all fixed within about 45 minutes. Then, Wednesday evening a very loud fire alarm sounded throughout the complex -- deafening noise! We didn't know if there was actually a fire or just a false alarm. The fire department did arrive within 15 mins or so and a few mins later the alarms were silenced. Still don't know if there was really a fire anywhere, as we didn't see one. But that was a bit of excitement.

Comments: It should be stated the BBQs are charcoal fired and about 500 feet north of this unit (A-2), quite a walk away but on the complex property. Possibly it should also be promoted that the location is close to Peg Leg Pete's and other very good dining facilities, and a mini-market is just a bile or so west so no reason to go off island for much unless you want to. Even McGuire's Irish Pub on the mainland is just over the 3-mile bridge and about 15 mins away from this condo. Very good location!

My family enjoyed the stay. Unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy the pool as much as my kids wanted to since it was cold the first 3 days. But the view was nice and it was just a couple blocks of a walk to the beach. There is plenty to do around town to help pass time. Staff was great and friendly
