LOCATION

Pensacola Beach, a seven-mile barrier island, invites visitors to explore its powdery white sand and emerald green water. The island is a dream vacation spot for the sun and water lover. All properties managed by Surfside Properties are within 2.5 miles of the center of the island where visitors will find many restaurants and bars. While on vacation enjoy your favorite seafood dinner like fried shrimp or oysters at one of the local restaurants or find a local hotspot to savor a grilled burger, fresh salad, or a featured specialty. Don’t miss the islands favorite drink--the Bushwacker--a creamy, alcoholic milkshake. If you need to keep the kids busy, there are plenty of outdoor activities throughout the island. During the day parasail over crystal clear water while looking for wildlife or rent a jet ski to skip across the water exploring the shoreline. One evening as the sun is setting, play a nine-hole course of mini golf, race go carts, or climb through a ropes course. If your need for adventure calls, hop on one of the charter boats for a day of deep-sea fishing and hook your dinner. Many of the local restaurants will prepare your catch and serve it table-side. For the history buffs, experience Fort Pickens, which was completed in 1834. Fort Pickens is a pentagon-shaped, military fort that protected Pensacola Bay by hurling cannon balls across the water at enemy flotillas. If you just need to get away from everyone, secluded beaches can be found on the east end of the island and inside Fort Pickens National Park and historic area (entrance fee required). Just off the island, you will find everything a larger city offers. Publix and Wal-Mart Marketplace are with-in 4 miles. Winn Dixie and a Wal-Mart Superstore are just a short drive away. The Pensacola Air Museum is just thirty minutes away. And within an hour east and west of the island, are two outlet malls for those who just need to shop. Pensacola Beach has a little bit of everything to excite the family. Come and explore!

The condo was an older place with a lot character and charm. It was very clean, roomy, and easy access to the beach. The permanent residents around us were friendly and very open to offer information on places to visit and eat. The bayside pier was was the perfect place to watch the sunset and get some great pictures. We had a great time and decided to make this our annual anniversary getaway place!

A8 is the perfect place to stay for your vacation. Very clean and organized. Kitchen has everything you need. Rooms are large! Great location!!! Beach is easy to get to and an easy walk to restaurants. Surfside Properties was great to work with. We will be back!!!

It was wonderful working with Surfside. The property management was available to answer any questions I had. The property at The Boardwalk was beautiful. The condo was well maintained, it was in the perfect location with easy beach access and close proximity to restaurants and shops. I will definitely start here when planning my next trip to the Gulf Coast.

We rented condo 8A for a week and wish we could have stayed longer but it was booked. Even though the Blue Angels show and fireworks were cancelled, we didn't care and had the most amazing and relaxing vacation. We absolutely loved the unit. First of all, it's a lot bigger than we thought and we had plenty of room for more people to join us. The condo is decorated with a beach theme and everything is new or in excellent condition. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels, soap, and toilet paper. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen for a rental I have ever seen so you really don't need to bring anything with you because they have everything you need. There are also beach chairs and a beach wagon to pull in the sand in the outside storage, which was wonderful. Access to the beach was right across the street for your convenience. I lived in Pensacola for 15 years and Peg Leg Pete's is my favorite restaurant and just happened to be within walking distance along with a Tom Thumb in case you need anything or you can catch the trolley right next to the condos. The neighbors were friendly and even invited us over on Thursday night even though we had other plans. Lori was wonderful helping us book this unit and we will definitely be back next year. On our last day, we received a little thank you bag with fresh baked cookies and a nice note. I promise you won't regret renting this condo.

We had a great time during our Spring Break sray even during the crazy times with the initial COVID-19 warnings. The condo was extremely clean and beautiful! Plenty of space to practice social distancing for our family! We were greeted with a smile upon arrival and the fresh cookies before we left were such a sweet touch. We make this trip every Spring Break and plan to return again!

We had a great time at the townhouse. It was close to nearby shops and restaurants and right across the street from the beach. The pool on site was nice, along with the play area for the kids. We stayed in this lovely unit Sept 29th until Oct 3rd.. This home was very clean and organized. We really appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare meals.
