LOCATION

Pensacola Beach, a seven-mile barrier island, invites visitors to explore its powdery white sand and emerald green water. The island is a dream vacation spot for the sun and water lover. All properties managed by Surfside Properties are within 2.5 miles of the center of the island where visitors will find many restaurants and bars. While on vacation enjoy your favorite seafood dinner like fried shrimp or oysters at one of the local restaurants or find a local hotspot to savor a grilled burger, fresh salad, or a featured specialty. Don’t miss the island's favorite drink--the Bushwacker--a creamy, alcoholic milkshake. If you need to keep the kids busy, there are plenty of outdoor activities throughout the island. During the day parasail over crystal clear water while looking for wildlife or rent a jet ski to skip across the water exploring the shoreline. One evening as the sun is setting, play a nine-hole course of mini golf, race go carts, or climb through a ropes course. If your need for adventure calls, hop on one of the charter boats for a day of deep-sea fishing and hook your dinner. Many of the local restaurants will prepare your catch and serve it table-side. For the history buffs, experience Fort Pickens, which was completed in 1834. Fort Pickens is a pentagon-shaped, military fort that protected Pensacola Bay by hurling cannonballs across the water at enemy flotillas. If you just need to get away from everyone, secluded beaches can be found on the east end of the island and inside Fort Pickens National Park and historic area (entrance fee required). Just off the island, you will find everything a larger city offers. Publix and Wal-Mart Marketplace are within 4 miles. Winn Dixie and a Wal-Mart Superstore are just a short drive away. The Pensacola Air Museum is just thirty minutes away. And within an hour east and west of the island, are two outlet malls for those who just need to shop. Pensacola Beach has a little bit of everything to excite the family. Come and explore!

This penthouse was amazing. The 360 view looking down towards Ft Pickens, the bay and ocean view, one could not find a more picture perfect, relaxing scenery. From dawn till dusk being mesmerized with the natural beauty. The comfort levels from sitting in the living room to relaxing in bed were the absolute best. The kitchen is well equipped with anything one would need to prepare any meal. Above all, the hospitality of our host, and Surfside properties absolutely made us feel very welcomed. Even with the tiniest entry code issue when we arrived around midnight, they answered our call and problem solved. It truly wasn't even an issue, entry codes can be a little bit of a pain, given we have them on our own home and sometimes can't even to get in our own home....lol. We are planning a return trip in May and hopefully this property is available, if not, definitely we will be booking with Surfside properties....thanks

This is a fantastic property! It’s very evident that the owners take great pride in their condo. From the furnishings, to the linens, to the appliances, everything is top notch. Communication was fantastic and the check in process was a breeze. 10 out of 10!

All kinds of weather and thoroughly enjoyable from the 15th floor. This is a special unit at Tristan. The owner and personnel are super. We will be back!!!

The condo was even better than the pictures. We had a great time, beautiful view of the gulf and bay. Perfect getaway for two. We will be back again. Totally worth coming and enjoyed the stay.

The view is incredible of Pensacola Beach up toward Fort Pickens and the bay. The beach is a short walk, condo offers a pool, tennis court, a must see is Fort Pickens, saw the Blue Angels practicing, saw dolphins and a duck chasing the feeder fish for a meal, a beautiful hawk, an eagle & Peg Leg Pete’s has delicious fresh seafood. The personnel that greeted us was so nice & helpful. Loved the note & yummy cookies on our departure such a thoughtful touch. Great place!!

In the 30 years I have been visiting the gulf area and renting a condo, this is by far my best experience overall! First, the views from the balcony, living area and bedroom were amazing. It was perfect day or night. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare dinners in, served on the balcony. The location is a very short drive to a large grocery store for supplies. The property manager was quick to respond to questions after checking in and even greeted us briefly in person as we were unpacking. Everything was very upscale yet cozy and comfortable. As a delightful bonus, we even caught a glimpse of the Blue Angels (I think) on a quick fly by one day. We will be back soon!
