July 2024 ***The Baywatch community is set to continue its restoration efforts following storm damage. With the roof repairs now complete, attention shifts to the siding repairs, beginning with building B and moving sequentially to building E. The work is scheduled to start prioritizing the buildings' front sides. The rear repairs, requiring scaffolding, are planned for each building. Beachy colors welcome you in this two-bedroom 1st floor walk-up. It’s perfect for up to 6 people. You will know you are in Florida with touches like the “It's 5 o'clock Somewhere” clock. Enjoy relaxing at the outdoor table with the famous Pensacola Beach sign tabletop in the evening as cool breezes off of the water blow by. The open kitchen design seats 4 comfortably at the bar. The living room has a large comfy sofa and reclining chair. The master bedroom, second bedroom, and sleeper sofa are all queen-size beds. LOCATION

Pensacola Beach, a seven-mile barrier island, invites visitors to explore its powdery white sand and emerald green water. The island is a dream vacation spot for the sun and water lover. All properties managed by Surfside Properties are within 2.5 miles of the center of the island where visitors will find many restaurants and bars. While on vacation enjoy your favorite seafood dinner like fried shrimp or oysters at one of the local restaurants or find a local hotspot to savor a grilled burger, fresh salad, or a featured specialty. Don’t miss the islands favorite drink--the Bushwacker--a creamy, alcoholic milkshake. If you need to keep the kids busy, there are plenty of outdoor activities throughout the island. During the day parasail over crystal clear water while looking for wildlife or rent a jet ski to skip across the water exploring the shoreline. One evening as the sun is setting, play a nine-hole course of mini golf, race go carts, or climb through a ropes course. If your need for adventure calls, hop on one of the charter boats for a day of deep-sea fishing and hook your dinner. Many of the local restaurants will prepare your catch and serve it tableside. For the history buffs, experience Fort Pickens, which was completed in 1834. Fort Pickens is a pentagon-shaped, military fort that protected Pensacola Bay by hurling cannon balls across the water at enemy flotillas. If you just need to get away from everyone, secluded beaches can be found on the east end of the island and inside Fort Pickens National Park and historic area (entrance fee required). Just off the island, you will find everything a larger city offers. Publix and Wal-Mart Marketplace are with-in 4 miles. Winn Dixie and a Wal-Mart Superstore are just a short drive away. The Pensacola Air Museum is just thirty minutes away. And within an hour east and west of the island, are two outlet malls for those who just need to shop. Pensacola Beach has a little bit of everything to excite the family. Come and explore!

We had an amazing time. Exhausted by check out. Great location to the beach and a short drive to the bay side for the little one to play. We will be coming back.

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay in this Baywatch property on Pensacola Beach. We have stayed in multiple units in the Baywatch condos and never had any issues or problems. Communication and check in was easy,Sam was there within minutes of us arriving to greet us and go over check in instructions. Condo is well equipped with everything you need for your stay and I have to say,the patio table on the balcony is one of the best I've seen. Yes,this building is older. I do not have an issue with that because they are more affordable than some of the newer properties on the beach and as long as its clean on the inside,I'm good. And this one is. We had a fun filled week full of sun,sand,water,dolphins and Blue Angels! And dined at some of our favorite spots and added some new ones to the rotation as well. Great food and live music. We love Pensacola and can't wait for our next visit!! Til next time...?????????

We (2 adults but room for a family of 4) stayed at Baywatch A-1. We truly enjoyed our stay, the pics online were a true representation of the unit. It was very neat,clean, and comfortable. Great view of the bay and a very short walk to the wide white sands of Pensacola beach. It was on the quieter end of Pensacola beach toward the Gulf Island National Seashore which is gorgeous! On the other side you will find many restaurants, shops, activities, etc just a short drive away.
Surfside properties were wonderful! Cannot say enough about how great their service was and how quickly they responded to any questions. The iron was missing from our unit. Lori went out and bought one and then brought it over to the unit.. Such unbelievable service, I wouldn't hestiate to use Surfside Properties again!

Our stay in Baywatch unit A1 during the week of Aug 27, 2021 was great. Location is ideal with short walks to both the gulf and the sound in minutes. Condo was clean and had all that we needed - towels, sheets, etc. Grocery stores are a short drive away in Gulf Breeze so you can pick up groceries and toilet paper and whatever else you'll need during your stay. Lori was super helpful and always there to help any time we needed her or had a question.

Spent the 4th of July week at Baywatch had a great time! Condo cute and beachy right off the street and nice covered parking. It was a short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the bay. Lovely grounds and nice pool area.Lori was very quick to address any issues we had. Thanks so much! Will be back!

We stayed a month in unit A-1. The location was straight in from the street and only one flight up, with parking directly below. The condo had the essentials so we had almost everything we needed. My husband especially enjoyed the recliner in our unit. Lori with surfside properties was very helpful when we had questions or needed assistance.

Surfside Properties provided me with excellent beyond expectation. once a year, my sister and i get to have a few days off from our everyday responsibilities and Surfside Properties was very accommodating. we loved our condo , We were most satisfied with our location and planning our next visit with Surfside Properties.
