South Harbour is 4A is a spectacular end unit condo in South Harbour Condos on Pensacola Beach. This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is perfect for your beach vacation. The master has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and an adjacent fill bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed that has a queen size sleeper and an electric fireplace. This units sleeps a maximum of 6 people. South Harbour is conveniently located in the hub of Pensacola Beach with the Intracoastal to the East, the Gulf of Mexico to the South, and Little Sabine Bay to the west. Walk to many of the local eateries and retail shops, bike your way down the bike path to explore the island from one end to the other or hop on the trolley for a fun island experience. South Harbour is the best place to enjoy the Blue Angels and fireworks year-round. The large dining area opens onto a spacious balcony, perfect for morning coffee, lounging or evening cocktails. You can even see dolphins that frequent the area! And just a short walk to the Gulf, shopping, dining and fishing pier. LOCATION

Pensacola Beach, a seven-mile barrier island, invites visitors to explore its powdery white sand and emerald green water. The island is a dream vacation spot for the sun and water lover. All properties managed by Surfside Properties are within 2.5 miles of the center of the island where visitors will find many restaurants and bars. While on vacation enjoy your favorite seafood dinner like fried shrimp or oysters at one of the local restaurants or find a local hotspot to savor a grilled burger, fresh salad, or a featured specialty. Don’t miss the island's favorite drink--the Bushwacker--a creamy, alcoholic milkshake. If you need to keep the kids busy, there are plenty of outdoor activities throughout the island. During the day parasail over crystal clear water while looking for wildlife or rent a jet ski to skip across the water exploring the shoreline. One evening as the sun is setting, play a nine-hole course of mini golf, race go carts, or climb through a ropes course. If your need for adventure calls, hop on one of the charter boats for a day of deep-sea fishing and hook your dinner. Many of the local restaurants will prepare your catch and serve it table-side. For the history buffs, experience Fort Pickens, which was completed in 1834. Fort Pickens is a pentagon-shaped, military fort that protected Pensacola Bay by hurling cannonballs across the water at enemy flotillas. If you just need to get away from everyone, secluded beaches can be found on the east end of the island and inside Fort Pickens National Park and historic area (entrance fee required). Just off the island, you will find everything a larger city offers. Publix and Wal-Mart Marketplace are within 4 miles. Winn Dixie and a Wal-Mart Superstore are just a short drive away. The Pensacola Air Museum is just thirty minutes away. And within an hour east and west of the island, are two outlet malls for those who just need to shop. Pensacola Beach has a little bit of everything to excite the family. Come and explore!

Fantastic location. Within walking distance of the Bay and places to eat. Excellent condo. Huge balcony which made mornings and evening hang outs awesome. Lots of little amenities and extras to make it feel like home. Only con was a previous renter had lost the second door fob so it was hard to manage coming and going with a group of adults. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful property with amazing views all around! The location is ideal being right across the street from Pensacola Beach and right across from the restaurants and quiet beach. Will definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect location as it is in the center of p-cola beach. Walking distances to beach, dining and other activities. This is my second stay in this unit and we love it! Always clean and friendly customer service! Thank you Surfside!

Only problem we ran into was check in. We didn't drive in from the direction they described so did not communicate well, plus had to be buzzed in by car and foot at the gate so was difficult after an already busy flight. Other than that was perfect. Anything we needed was already provided at the condo plus weeks worth of coffee! Well stocked kitchen very much appreciated when eating in. Best part was dolphin sightings right from the comfortable deck. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

What a fabulous condo! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 4A. The location is perfect; we walked to restaurants, shopping, Quiet water Beach and the Boardwalk. We were personally greeted upon arrival, escorted and shown the unit and even received a surprise treat before departure. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio with wine and watching gorgeous sunsets. The unit has plenty of space for the family to relax and unwind. The kids enjoyed the heated pool each day. Everything you need was right here. We can't wait to come back soon!
